What is a customizable Affiliate reward?

SimpleSwap's Affiliate reward is the commission that Affiliates receive for promoting SimpleSwap. They do so by referring users who complete exchanges using the SimpleSwap Affiliate tools (API, widget, referral link, banner, or button) installed on their sites. You can join our program by getting an affiliate account.

Affiliates have an opportunity to customize their reward: they can set it from 0.4% to 2% of each completed exchange made by the Referrals (your followers or users of your site who become the customers of SimpleSwap's service through Tools after being referred by you). 

If you apply the minimal 0.4% rate, the Referrals are subjected to SimpleSwap's official rates. If the customizable reward is higher, it will affect Referral exchange rates making them higher as well.

How to customize your Affiliate reward?

1. Choose API or Widget as your Affiliate tool. To make a decision on your customizable Affiliate reward, visit the pages of these tools and use interactive calculators that will show you the potential reward at various rates.
2. Next, go to your Affiliate account. 
3. For API, click on the corresponding tab and specify the preferred reward in the field between the API name and the API key. Then copy and use the key. 
   
   
4. For the Widget, click on the "Add new" button in the corresponding tab. Type in the preferred reward in the "customize reward" field. After that, add the widget to your service or website.
   
   

Please note that it is allowed to change the reward rate once every 24 continuous hours. So, if you have changed the reward rate at a certain time, you need to wait a full 24 hours from that moment before you can make another change to the reward rate.

A customizable reward is also available to the participants of the Two-Tier Affiliate Program which allows them to receive rewards from both direct Referrals and the Referrals made by the Affiliates they have recruited (you can find out more in the Affiliate Terms or this article). What are the conditions for customizing the Affiliate reward?

1. Rewards are paid in USDT to new Partners, with a minimum withdrawal amount of 300 USDT. Those Partners who have registered before we switched to USDT, can choose between BTC and USDT. The change is available once every 24 hours.
2. The reward rate is set at the moment a transaction is created and cannot be changed afterward. In other words, the rate for each particular transaction is fixed once it is initiated.
3. You can indicate to Referrals that you use SimpleSwap's official rates only if you apply the default rate (0.4%). If you choose to customize the fee to be higher, you are required to disclose it to the Referrals that you charge your own commission.
4. The reward rate for fiat exchanges is set at 0.4% and cannot be changed.
5. If a Second-Tier Affiliate sets the reward rate higher than 0.4%, the First-Tier Affiliate reward stays the same as with the base reward rate – 0.08% of the Referral's exchange amount during 180 days.
